RETURN OR EXCHNAGE SHOULD BE ONLY ONCE. CUSTOMERS HAVE ONE TIME TO RETURN OR EXHANGE AN ITEM.

- Purchases below AED250 qualify for free returns or exchanges with no delivery fee.

- Items being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused, as they were received by the customer.
- Any damage or alteration to the item may result in the return or exchange being refused.
- The company reserves the right to inspect the returned items to ensure they meet the specified criteria before processing any refunds or exchanges.
- Returns or exchanges must be in their original condition and packaging.

- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or provided as store credit.
