RETURN OR EXCHNAGE SHOULD BE ONLY ONCE. CUSTOMERS HAVE ONE TIME TO RETURN OR EXHANGE AN ITEM.

  • For purchases totalling AED250 or more, customers are eligible for returns or exchanges with a delivery fee applicable.
  • Purchases below AED250 qualify for free returns or exchanges with no delivery fee.

  • Each customer is entitled to a single return or refund only.
  • Exchange requests are valid for up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund requests are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.

  • The company reserves the right to inspect the returned items to ensure they meet the specified criteria before processing any refunds or exchanges.
  • Returns or exchanges must be in their original condition and packaging.
