REFUND AND EXCHANGE
1. Option Selection:
On the refund and exchange page, customers will be prompted to select whether they wish to initiate a refund or an exchange.
2. Input Details:
After selecting the desired option, customers will be prompted to provide necessary details such as order number, item name, reason for return or exchange, and any additional information required.
3. Date Verification:
The system will automatically check the date of purchase against the allowed timeframe for refunds and exchanges:
Refunds must be requested within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase.
4. Eligibility Confirmation:
Based on the provided details and the date of purchase, the system will determine the customer’s eligibility for either a refund or an exchange.
If the request falls within the allowed timeframe, the system will proceed to process the refund or exchange.
If the request falls outside the allowed timeframe, the system will inform the customer that the request cannot be fulfilled due to exceeding the timeframe.
5. Confirmation and Feedback:
Once the request is submitted, customers will receive a confirmation message indicating that their request has been received.
If the request is approved, customers will receive further instructions on the return or exchange process.
If the request is denied due to exceeding the timeframe, customers will be informed accordingly and may be provided with alternative options or assistance.
6. Support Contact:
Customers who encounter issues or have questions regarding the refund and exchange process can contact customer support for assistance.
7. Return and Exchange Fees:
For purchases totalling AED250 or more, customers are eligible for returns or exchanges with a delivery fee applicable.
Purchases below AED250 qualify for free returns or exchanges with no delivery fee.
